Delivered conveniently frozen and stored in a plastic bag.
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS
In the fridge: overnight (bring to room temperature on the counter in an oiled bowl before using for best results)
Room temperature: transfer dough ball to oiled bowl and rub a little olive oil over the top. Cover with a towel and thaw 3-4 hours or more until dough is double in size
SHAPING TIPS
Lightly flour your hands and surface, then gently press from the center outwards, leaving a slightly thicker edge for the crust. Avoid using a rolling pin (it can push out all those lovely air bubbles!).
