Return Policy
Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. We only accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit during shipping.
We make every effort to pack out items for shipping with the maximum safety and security but damage can occur. To be eligible for refunds or exchanges you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your item at littlegreyfarmhouse@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the item, we will issue a replacement item, if available. For one-of-a-kind items or vintage, a refund would be issued once we receive the item. This policy does not apply to items picked up locally; please carry your bags and packages carefully to avoid damaging them during transport.
To complete your return, you must also provide proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund due to an item being damaged during shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the item was purchased and sent directly to you as a gift, but damaged during shipping, and a replacement item is not available (i.e. one-of-a-kind or vintage) you will be issued a gift certificate for the purchase amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lost or stolen packages
Little Grey Farmhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry to littlegreyfarmhouse@gmail.com, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
