Shipping policy
Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. The typical turnaround time is 1 week for vintage items or 2 weeks for made-to-order and handmade items (unless otherwise stated in the individual listing) PRIOR to shipping times as estimated at checkout. These timelines exclude weekends and holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays to due high volume, international border crossing, etc.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Flat rate shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping Canada-wide. Furniture and some large items are not eligible for shipping and are marked as only available for pickup in the individual listing.
United States calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping: On all orders over $150. Furniture is not included for shipping and is only available for local pickup.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Grey Farmhouse is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available in Uxbridge, ON. Full details of pickup will be emailed to you after the completion of your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at littlegreyfarmhouse@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
All shipments to P.O. boxes will be sent via Canada Post (no courier service available).
