Ready for a little surprise? Choose The Mystery Loaf and you will get something not only delicious, but brand new just for you. I have tons of new recipes and scoring patterns (the decorative pattern cut into the top of the loaf) to try, so choosing a Mystery Loaf will encourage me to try one!

MYSTERY SCORING PATTERN: Your favourite classic sourdough loaf with a fancy pattern cut into the top. Best case scenario: delicious sourdough with an insanely beautiful or whimsical pattern. Worst case scenario: delicious sourdough with a wonky pattern we can have a laugh at. 

MYSTERY FLAVOUR: A brand new sourdough recipe of my choosing. A premium loaf at a discounted rate.

Local pickup is from 70 Toronto Street South (please do not come for pickup until you have received an email saying your order is ready for pickup).

For Uxbridge delivery, choose "Ship" at checkout and then "Local delivery". Please leave a bin or covered box outside the door for porch drop-off. After the order is dropped, you will receive a "ready for pickup" email that means it has been delivered. Disregard any fulfilment dates in your confirmation email; the delivery date is the one stated at the top of the Microbakery page.

Size: this is a medium sized loaf based on 500g of flour. The exact size of the final bake varies slightly depending on various factors such as humidity and fermentation.
